A three or five valve manifold for use with orifice meters in natural gas service at pressures to 6000 psig (414 barg)

The three-valve manifold is used when the orifice meter is mounted adjacent to the orifice flange and the two process block valves provide convenient closure. The five-valve assembly is for orifice meters remote from the orifice flange union.

  • Soft seat design enables field replacement without valve removal and operates in dirty service with repetitive bubble-tight shutoff.
  • Easily adjustable PTFE stem packing decreases downtime and provides long service life.
  • O-ring packed design is self-adjusting.
  • Packing below threads prevents lubricant washout, thread corrosion, solids ingress and process contamination.
  • Hard chrome plating of SS stem threads prevents galling or freeze-up.
  • Straight-thru flow path provides high flow capacity and rodding capabilities.
  • Constant compression metal-to-metal bonnet-to-body seal below bonnet threads prevents corrosion, eliminates tensile breakage and creates a reliable seal point.
  • Rolled stem threads provide a stronger, more durable thread area, increasing valve life.
  • Back seat stem design eliminates stem blowout or accidental removal while in operation.
